The first reunion of the those members of the Konopacki family who survived the horrors of the last war, was held at Falek in May 1948. Few photographs from that meeting remain, and this inspired us to organize a similar gathering of those still with us. After a further 60 years, we met once again at Falek on 8th July 2006, to take a few family photographs near the chapel and the section of the wall which is the only surviving part of the old mill. The old timers from 1948 were joined by their children and grandchildren. This was a very joyous occasion, especially as three VIP's namely Alicja Albert, Barbara Klosowicz and Roman Konopacki celebrated their birthdays this year.
